We oversee every stage of production directly in our oil mill, combining ancient knowledge and technological innovation.
The milling takes place within a few hours of harvesting, to obtain a pure, balanced oil rich in natural aromas.

Our extra virgin olive oil is produced in limited quantities, the result of careful harvesting and artisanal production.
It is not available for purchase online, because we believe in the value of direct contact: each bottle leaves our mill only after meeting the person who chooses it.
